How are mommy lions like ours?

“Mommy will fight fire and fury for you.”

“You don’t know how lucky you are, that mommy is patient.”

“Don’t you mess with my babies!”

“We’re going on a picnic!”

“Mmmmm, I love you too, my munchkins.”

Lions Love Like We Do

We at TravelMyHeart wish you the most loving of holiday seasons and the New Year.

Plight of these Loving Animals

In the 1950’s, there were 450,000 lions in Africa. Today, there are only 20,000. Due to the natural forces of nature, only 1 out of 8 cubs survives, and if you add losses from poaching for unsubstantiated medicinal purposes, trophy hunting and loss of habitat, their future is grim.

Conservation

  1. Sign the pledge to ban trophy hunting.
  2. Educate others that animal parts have no medicinal value.
  3. Donate to conservation.
  4. Travel on photo safaris, income from which protects animal habitats and provides income for people who share it.

Go on a Photo Safari to see lions’ love in action.
